THE MOST BREATH TAKING VIEWS FROM EVERY ASPECT. THE EARLY MORNING FOG THAT FLOATS OFF THE PASTURES. THE FIRST GLINT OF SUNRISE BRINGING IN EACH PICTURE PERFECT PIECE OF HEAVEN ON EARTH. THE SOUNDS OF THE HORSES WELCOMING THE NEW DAY. THE SMELLS OF THE TRESS AND ALL THE SOLITUDE IT BRINGS. I HAVE NEVER FELT SO COMPLETELY INVIGORATED AND SO CLOSE TO PARADISE AS WHEN I HAD THE PRIVILEGE TO BE ON THE RANCH. THE GOLDEN FAMILY ARE ALL THE MOST SWEETEST AND KINDEST I’VE YET TO KNOW. THE TRAILS ARE BREATHTAKING, THE FOOD IS DARN TASTY AND THE FISH ARE ALWAYS BITING.

Kay, sounds as though the Quilt Guild had a good retreat this last weekend. I am in charge of programs for 2010, and we probably ought to get our April retreat on your calendar soon. I hope Kathy Stack will still be in charge of the retreat, but I am hoping she, or she and I, can talk to you some in the spring about having some lighter, fresher meals for some of them. A number of us older women have to watch processed foods and salt, etc.
In looking at the calendar, I was wondering if we might be able to reserve April 16-18 with you.
Thanks, Joyce
